MMOG is a certified 501(C)(3) tax exempt nonprofit headquartered in Chicago. We help inner city youth reach their fullest potential through comprehensive job training and career development, violence prevention, and community engagement and outreach solutions.
Our Mission…
Established in memory of Joshua Campbell, our nonprofit organization is dedicated to upholding his legacy. Through a range of carefully designed initiatives, we extend our support to inner city and at-risk youth. Our programs encompass mentorship, workshops, and practical training, all aimed at fostering empowerment and guiding youth towards a brighter future. Whether it's through personalized coaching, one-on-one mentorship, or the acquisition of essential technical skills, we are committed to equipping young individuals with the tools they need to thrive in every facet of life.
We help disrupt cycles of poverty and inequality, actively generating opportunities in places where none existed before. Through collaboration with influential figures within our local community, we extend support and resources that truly transform the lives of our participants. Whether it's through initiatives like Back-to-School Drives or the heartwarming generosity of Thanksgiving and Christmas Toy Giveaways, we are dedicated to making a positive impact. Central to our mission is the commitment to provide comprehensive job training and career development in construction and the trades. With 20+ years of construction experience under our President’s belt, we recognize that the construction industry offers pathways to not only stable careers, but also personal growth and empowerment. By equipping our youth with practical trade skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we pave the way for them to excel in the construction field and beyond.
Our goal is ambitious yet attainable – to positively change the lives of 500 youth by the year 2025.
